Privacy policy
Your privacy matters to us. Here we explain what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

The controller of personal data is Pinnasepartner. For any data-protection matters, contact us:
- E-mail: info@pinnasepartner.ee
- Phone: +372 55 29 297
- Address: Aruvälja tee 1, Ilmandu küla, Harku vald, Harju maakond 76904
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data we need to provide our service and respond to inquiries:
- Contact details — name, phone number, e-mail address you provide in the contact form or when ordering material.
- Order details — chosen material, quantity, delivery address or site location and preferred delivery time.
- Technical data — anonymous usage statistics collected via cookies (see our cookie policy).
3. Why we process data (legal basis)
- To perform a contract and respond to inquiries — so we can call you back, prepare a quote and fulfil the order (GDPR Art 6(1)(b)).
- Legitimate interest — to improve our service and for anonymous web statistics (GDPR Art 6(1)(f)).
- Consent — for the use of non-essential cookies (GDPR Art 6(1)(a)).
4. How long we keep data
We keep contact and order data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting source documents for 7 years). Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within a reasonable period.
5. Sharing data
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data only with trusted service providers (e.g. web hosting, e-mail) who process it on our behalf and on our instructions, and to the extent required by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, write to info@pinnasepartner.ee.
If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
7. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Data transmission over the web is encrypted (HTTPS).
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
